Arealty Pest Control is a full-service pest control company.

We provide service to both residences and all types of commercial facilities, throughout the Seattle area.

When the use of pesticides is warranted, we use only the safest, low-impact products.

We solve some pest problems in one visit.  Other problems require regular control measures.  Depending on the pests involved, the situation, and the residual time of the products used, we may need to perform follow-up visits on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis in order to provide continued control.  Your technician will be able to determine what is needed in your case during our first visit, and will provide an estimate for continuing service if it is needed.

In some cases, our solution to your problem will be proposed when you first call us.  Other situations necessitate an on-site inspection, before identification of the pests and a viable treatment plan can be suggested.  All of our field technicians are well trained at performing such inspections.

Pricing is determined by the pests involved, and by the size and complexity of the structure (or other area) to be treated. We generally ask to be paid at the time of service on our initial treatment; other arrangements are made for payment on ongoing contract services.  Our office staff can usually quote you a price range for your situation when you first call us, with your technician making the final determination when he has arrived and inspected your property.

All of our work is warranted.  Usually, there is a short period during which your pest activity will taper off.  Following that, you will have a warranty for a specific period of time, the length of which will depend on the pests involved.  If you have continuing problems during the warranty period, we will retreat as necessary until your problem is solved. 

Regular contract work is warranted for the length of the contract.
